Our guests especially love the vast outdoor spaces that surround each villa. Every home is nestled in lush, green gardens, creating a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity. Children can play freely and safely while adults relax and unwind.
Throughout the estate, you’ll find chairs, tables, and barbecues available for your use — plus Wi-Fi in common areas to stay connected if needed. The organic farmhouse sits 700 metres above sea level, overlooking the picturesque Nese Valley. Across its 850 acres, the landscape is dotted with chestnut groves, ancient oak trees, olive orchards and peaceful ponds — nature at its most authentic.

It’s what makes this place truly special. From our hilltop position, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of Umbria’s iconic rolling hills — a green valley scattered with olive trees, centuries-old oaks, and traditional stone farmhouses in the distance.
