Apartments
Each of our apartments is nestled within one of our four charming villas and has been lovingly restored in traditional Umbrian style, using original wooden beams and local materials to preserve their authentic character.
Casa Bruciata main villa
Located on the first floor of the historic main building:
Fagiano
A romantic apartment for two with a balcony overlooking the main garden
Tordo
South-facing with views over the pool and olive grove. Sleeps two, with the option of adding a double sofa bed
Tortora
Views of the main garden and entrance. Sleeps two, plus an additional single daybed.
Lepre
At the rear of the building with a separate entrance. Sleeps two, with the option of a single sofa bed for a third guest or child.
Belvedere
Situated at the top of the hamlet, directly facing the Panoramic Garden
Pernice
Ground floor apartment with two separate double bedrooms sharing one kitchen and bathroom. A single sofa bed can be added to one of the rooms.
Beccaccia
First-floor one-bedroom apartment with a double sofa bed in the living room.
Colombaccio
Ideal for guests with accessibility needs. Features one double bedroom, one single bedroom, a single sofa bed in the double room, a bathroom, and a living area with kitchenette.

Daino
A two-storey villa with two double bedrooms, one shared bathroom and kitchenette. A single sofa bed is available in the entrance area.
Capriolo
Our largest apartment, featuring three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a single sofa bed in the living room, and a double sofa bed in the rear bedroom.
